The Exchange Young Adults is a community of 18- to 30-year olds seeking to grow in faith, build authentic relationships, and live with purpose. Whether you're navigating the transition from high school to college, entering the workforce, or building your family, we offer a welcoming space where you can explore your faith, ask tough questions, and connect with others who are on a similar journey.

The Exchange is designed to encourage personal growth, foster community, and challenge each person to live out their faith in every area of life.
